1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- Before preparation: Full refund
- During preparation: No refund possible
- After delivery/pickup: No refund possible
2. Issues with Your Order
If you encounter a problem with your order (missing item, error, quality), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
We can then:
- Replace the affected items
- Offer credit for a future order
- Refund the affected items (case by case)
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method:
- Card payment: Refund to the card used (3-5 business days)
- Cash payment: Cash refund or credit on next order
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order preparation
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Customer not available during delivery
- Issue reported more than 30 minutes after receipt
- Products consumed or partially consumed
