1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

  • Before preparation: Full refund
  • During preparation: No refund possible
  • After delivery/pickup: No refund possible

2. Issues with Your Order

If you encounter a problem with your order (missing item, error, quality), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

We can then:

  • Replace the affected items
  • Offer credit for a future order
  • Refund the affected items (case by case)

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method:

  • Card payment: Refund to the card used (3-5 business days)
  • Cash payment: Cash refund or credit on next order

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order preparation
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer not available during delivery
  • Issue reported more than 30 minutes after receipt
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
